Sheng Wei has precise CNC lathe multi-machining technique, the precision Sheng Wei can achieve is :
1. deep-hole machining : for stainless steel for example, the max. depth the machining can reach is ten time the diameter of the drill.
2. Small hole machining : the smallest hole machining we can achieve is as small as 0.1mm
3.Outer thread machining : The precision we can achieve is M1 x 0.2
4. Inner thread machining : The precision we can achieve is M0.6 x 0.15
5. Surface roughness : We can achieve Ra0.2 Rmax0.8s Rz0.8z
6. Machining tolerance : The precision we can achieve is 5μ for OD, 5μ for length and 5μ for ID.
7. Precision thread machining : The precision we can achieve is class 1 thread (JIS, UNS) such as M2Example shown on photo : It is very important to keep the inner hole completely smooth and surface imperfection is not allowed.x0.4P,M3x0.5P,M4x0.7P.. etc.
As this is concerned, parts are put in a blister tray after 100% visual check for the purpose of improving the operation efficiency, extend the machine life and reducing lose of the production for our clients.
In addition, all parts are manufactured under Sheng Wei’s strict quality control, and inspected by our state-of-the-art inspection machines. As a result, our parts can meet CPK and CP requirement and achieve 99.999% yield rate when ship out.
